As a real estate agent, I often need to rely on long-term relationships for my clients to receive expert insight or find the perfect service provider in a crunch. I’ve put together this list of contractors and home service providers for the community and my clients. I tried to select dependable people who live or work in the Parkrose area. Parkrose isn’t that big though, so many of them don’t live here. My clients or I have had great personal experiences with many of these companies. In other cases, I searched the internet or asked for recommendations to find them.
These are all specifically home-related services. Check back for another list I’m working on of other community services.

Mortgage Lenders
Mortgage lenders are the partners I work most closely with in real estate transactions, so I have several I’ve had great experiences with whom I can recommend. Rather than only post their contact info, I’d prefer to hear about your situation and your hopes so that I can recommend a lender who would likely be a great fit for you. Send me an email or call me!

Property Management
If you’re considering renting out your home, a property management company can estimate the market rent for you and explain their services. I’d definitely recommend hiring management so you can focus on other things and comply with the law while serving your tenants well. Let me know about your situation so I can make a recommendation for you!
