This weekend marked the one year anniversary of ownership for Chad and Gina Hilker at the Parkrose Grocery Outlet and they threw a party for the neighborhood! Chad and Gina are super nice people, and Gina gave me a tour of the store and told me their history living in Texas and her growing up in Yakima, Washington. It’s awesome to have a locally-owned grocery store in our neighborhood with owners who care about our community. I look forward to getting to know them more!
