Argay Park is a 8.85 acre park in the Argay Terrace neighborhood acquired by the city in 1984. The park has the nicest tennis courts in East Portland which were refinished in 2017 complete with lighting for playing into the night. Nike and the Portland Trail Blazers also refinished the basketball courts in 2018 (and again in late 2020-early 2021). The park is a popular destination for its playground, picnic/barbecue area, and expansive off-leash dog area.
